We’re making direct mail super sexy

Rackspace is the global leader in hybrid operating systems for the cloud. They have delivered enterprise-level hosting services to businesses of all sizes and kinds around the world since 1998 and have grown to serve more than 200,000 customers, operating on four continents. Visiting Rackspace’s impressive offices, it was clear that they were a company that do things differently – injecting elements of fun into their working day.

We wanted to include more of the fun elements into their direct mail campaigns starting with this recent partner program incentive. Designed in two-parts, the main focus was to promote customer response and build brand awareness. Working on the theme that ‘we’re even better together’, specially targeted customers were sent a super sexy Ferrari toy car minus the remote control.

The incentive was there to engage with Rackspace and receive the second part of the mailing – the all-important remote control. We’re glad to say that response and conversion rates were well above expected targets.
